The sculpture was created for the 200th Anniversary show at Corey Helford Gallery. In honor of the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, over 100 artists will debut never-before-seen works paying homage to the iconic monster in a group show of the same name. For two centuries, the story of Frankenstein has enthralled people all over the world, with the creature incarnating in every medium from classic cinema to comic books, plays, toys and more. In paintings, sculptures and screen prints, artists from around the world will exhibit their unique takes on the iconic monster, whose story is often equated to the creative process itself.
The sculpture will be cast in a small run of 50 pieces.
